2014 Annual Patient Survey Results

The results of our 2013/14 patient survey can be found on the PPG page HERE.

When a doctor or nurse has arranged for tests to be sent to a laboratory for analysis, you will be given an information sheet which will inform you which tests we have taken and how long your result will take to come back.


Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results..


The results service is available from 14:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday. Please ring 01275 465102 for Backwell results and 01275 850602 for Brockway results.


It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
